ГИДРОМЕХАНИЧЕСКИЙ ОТДЕЛ
Tasks

    The main structural links of GMOs are specialized groups:
     - groups of hydraulic power equipment;
     - groups of mechanical equipment and metal structures.
    The main tasks of the department are:
    ? Design work on hydraulic power, hydromechanical equipment and metal structures for new construction, as well as for reconstruction, as well as for reconstruction, technical re-equipment and expansion of energy, hydropower facilities;
    ? Development of hydropower and hydromechanical part of PTEO (PTER), feasibility study (TER) of investment projects according to promising ones;
    ? Participation in the preparation of general drawings of the HPP building and master plans;
    ? Determining the scope of required design work at all stages of the project;
    ? Participation in the preparation of the program-estimate, the schedule for the implementation of design work on the part of the project being performed, their coordination with the departments that issued the tasks and with the chief engineers of the projects of objects;
    ? Participation in the examinations and defense of the project in the section.
    Tasks of the hydraulic power equipment group:
    The task of the hydraulic power equipment group is to carry out work on the design of the hydromechanical part of the HPP as part of the main and auxiliary equipment, namely:
    ? Selection of parameters and preliminary determination of the dimensions and layout of hydraulic turbines, pre-turbine gates and the mechanical part of hydro generators, turbine hall cranes and devices for their testing;
    ? Drawing up a preliminary technological basis of the station building and participation in the creation of preliminary layout drawings of the station building for the Technical Requirements for Plants for the development of basic equipment;
    ? Maintaining approvals for factory proposals and creating general drawings of the station building based on factory designs;
    ? Development of schematic diagrams and laying of communications for oil-water-and air supply of hydraulic units and cooling systems of transformers;
    ? Development of schematic diagrams and layout of pumping dewatering of the flow part of the hydraulic turbine and removal of drainage water from the station building,
    ? development of schematic diagrams and layout of systems for measuring the levels of the upper and lower pools, control of clogging of the grids of the water intake of the HPP;
    ? development of schematic diagrams and layout of auxiliary facilities serving the operation of the main hydraulic power equipment, which include an oil facilities, compressor rooms for air supply of hydraulic power equipment and open switchgears (OSG), separate pumping stations for technical water supply, an operational mechanical workshop (excluding the electrical mechanical workshop).
    ? development of technical requirements for the design, manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning of the main and auxiliary hydraulic power equipment of hydroelectric power plants.

    Tasks of the mechanical equipment group:
    The task of the mechanical equipment group in the preliminary design stages is:
    a) determination of the parameters, dimensions, layout and weight indicators of the equipment of the mechanical part of hydropower and water facilities, namely:
    ? hydraulic gates of all types (except for pre-turbine ones), including embedded parts, pressure caps, manholes, chamber linings, gate shaft linings and aeration devices;
    ? trash screens with their cleaning mechanisms;
    ? lifting and transport equipment and devices for maneuvering gates and gratings,
    ? devices that ensure the operation of shutters and gratings in winter;
    b) development of Technical requirements for the design, manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning of the mechanical equipment of hydraulic structures and buildings of hydroelectric power plants.
    c) development of working drawings for simple mechanical equipment (gates, embedded parts, etc.).
    Tasks of the group of metal structures:
    ? development of working drawings (KMD) of non-standardized technological metal structures (under special contracts);
    ? development of general types (KM): tanks, filters, manholes, manholes, ladders for process equipment.
