Ensuring the openness and transparency of activities of the organization is a key element of success for the long term

Joint Stock Company “Hydroproject” is a modern, dynamically developing design and survey organization of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Today, JSC “Hydroproject” carries out large-scale and long-term projects, both in Uzbekistan and in the countries of the Central Asian region. And a high level of responsibility requires the mobility of decisions and the effectiveness of the management system, including by ensuring the openness and transparency of the organization's activities.
The success of the company in modern society is determined by the ability to competently assess the medium-term and short-term prospects for market development, outline an action plan, find and attract the necessary resources and, ultimately, achieve the intended goal. JSC “Hydroproject” on an ongoing basis is structured, socially significant information is analyzed, which is promptly published on the corporate website of the organization and posted as open data on the Unified Portal of Corporate Information - openinfo.uz.
Interested persons can learn about the financial situation of the joint-stock company, as well as tenders and tenders announced by the organization. Analytical information on the results of the organization's activities is regularly published on the corporate website. According to the results of 9 months of JSC “Hydroproject”, the amount of work performed by its own forces amounted to 99% of the indicators stated in the business plan for 2022.
Scientific research and design solutions carried out by the staff of the Institute are based on a system of standards and regulatory documents. The Scientific and Technical Council operates in the Institute as an advisory body and its meetings are held on a regular basis. The Scientific and Technical Council is an advisory collegial body of JSC “Hydroproject”, established to develop proposals and recommendations on issues related to the formation and implementation of the scientific, technical and innovation policy of the organization, as well as to form an expert position on issues affecting scientific and technical industry issues.
During 2022, 9 meetings of the Scientific and Technical Council of JSC “Hydroproject” were held, at which 14 issues were considered. According to the work plan of the Council, the following promising projects and issues were considered during the year:

1.    Selection of the type of dam and layout arrangement for the “Nijne-Chatkal HPS on the Chatkal River”.
2.    The results of the work on the adjustment of the feasibility study of the project “Nijne-Chatkal HPS on the Chatkal River”.
3.    Feasibility study of the following projects: “Construction of a HPS at the Zarchob HPS-1 on the Tupalang River in Surkhandarya region" and “Construction of a HPS at the Zarchob HPS-2 on the Tupalang River in Surkhandarya region”;
4.    RU “Construction of Micro HPS at the Akhangaran reservoir in Tashkent region”;
5.    Feasibility study of the project “Modernization of the UE "Cascade of Nijne-Bozsuyskih HPS” (HPS-19)”;
6.    Terms of reference for the purchase of services for the transfer of non-exclusive rights to use specialized software for CAD.
7.    Working project “Construction of the Gissarak Micro HPS at the Gissarak reservoir in Kashkadarya region”;
8.    Feasibility Study of the Project Construction of Kamchik MHPS-2 on the Akhangaran River in the Pap District of Namangan Region;
9.    Amendments to KMK, SHNK (2020-2021) in accordance with № PR-5963 dated 13.03.2020 "On additional measures to deepening reforms in the construction industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan"
10.    Conclusion on the need to reduce the level of the upper stream to otm. 824 m (JSC “Lengiprorechtrans”, JSC "VNIIG named after B.E. Vedeneev)
11.    Feasibility Study “Construction of the Dukentsai HPS on the Dukentsay River in the city of Angren, Tashkent region”;
12.    Feasibility study of the project "Restoration and reconstruction of the Sardoba reservoir in the Syrdarya region";
13.    Amendments to KMK, SHNK (2020-2021) in accordance with № PR-5963 dated 13.03.2020 “On additional measures to deepen reforms in the construction industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
14.    Feasibility study of the project "Construction of the cascade of Kyzyldarya MHPS on the Kyzyldarya River in the Yakkabag district of the Kashkadarya region"
