The attainment of long-term and short-term goals, the need to increase competitiveness and the implementation of organizational changes require a higher level of professional training of personnel and well-planned, well-organized work on staff training. Advanced training and retraining of personnel are aimed at developing and deepening professional knowledge and skills of specialists.
The knowledge gained many years ago by employees in universities is rapidly becoming obsolete, the need for their significant updating is growing. Currently, the concept of "half-life of competence" has appeared. This is the period of time during which half of the acquired knowledge becomes obsolete. Therefore, the introduction of a system of continuing education of employees (the concept of a "learning organization") is becoming increasingly widespread. Continuing education provides not only for advanced training, but also for retraining under changing conditions.
The management of JSC “Uzbekhydroenergo” pays great attention to the issues of additional professional training, retraining and advanced training of employees. In order to improve the qualification knowledge of employees responsible for the reliable and safe operation of hydraulic structures, on September 30, 2022, Order № 113 was adopted, which approved the calendar plan of educational events.
On November 2 of this year, the participants of the training courses visited JSC "Hydroproject", where all conditions were organized for the implementation of the educational process and advanced training. Training sessions using presentation materials were held in an interactive form. The lecturers were the General Director of JSC "Hydroproject" Roman Nikolaevich Orishuk and the head of the hydraulic engineering department of JSC "Hydroproject" Valentina Vadimovna Mityuleva.
