A meeting on construction issues was held at the facility of the Pskem HPS

The Pskem HPS, which is being built on the basis of an investment project, is one of the largest facilities and is located 120 km northeast of Tashkent, 45 km above the Charvak reservoir.
The design capacity of the Pskem HPS is 400 MW, which makes it the second largest after the Charvak HPS. It is estimated that the Pskem HPS will produce 950 million tons of electricity per year, kWh.
Today, February 21, under the leadership of A. Sanginov, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekhydroenergo", another practical meeting was organized at the site of Pskem HPS.
 
The meeting of the working group was attended by the management and responsible staff of JSC “Hydroproject”, JSC “Hydromashinostroyeniya”, “Construction Direction № 4” LLC, “Construction Direction № 1” LLC, UE “Energokurilishindustriya”, SUE “Uzgashkiti”, as well as enterprises of the system.
At the event, the progress of the construction of the HPS was reviewed in accordance with the approved plans and deadlines, the emphasis was placed on high-quality solutions to the issues on which it is necessary to focus.
 
It should be noted that the HPS is being built on the basis of investment projects that will create a solid foundation for further increasing the capacity for generating electricity, as well as developing the infrastructure of the territory.
